Կարաս սննդի ցանցը հիմնադրվել է 2005 թվականին Հայաստանում և այսօր հանդիսանում է country's խոշորագույն ընկերություններից մեկը՝ ունենալով 16 մասնաճյուղ մայրաքաղաք Երևանում, ինչպես նաև մասնաճյուղեր Աբովյան և Ծաղկաձոր քաղաքներում։ 2017 թվականին «Կարաս» սննդի ցանցը հաջողությամբ մուտք գործեց ամերիկյան շուկա՝ բացելով իր առաջին մասնաճյուղը Գլենդելի կենտրոնում, որտեղ առաջարկում է բազմազան ուտեստներ՝ ներառյալ հայկական խոհանոցի սիրված ճաշատեսակները։
